Board
The Museum Board shall consist of not less than seven (7) nore more than sixteen (16) trustees. All trustees shall be appointed by the Village Board of Trustees upon recommendation of the Museum Board.

Oath of Office and Appointments
An Oath of Office is required. Appointments are for three years.

Meetings
Museum Board meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis, at the convenience of the Board; the Annual Meeting is held in January each year.
