Description:
The Village owns a light general aviation airport located just outside the Village limits. The Airport is available for commercial use, United Parcel Service’s daily regional air freight for the northern area of New York State is flown into the airport and other itinerant commercial patrons include McDonald’s and the Family Dollar Stores. The Potsdam Damon Field Airport provides a single runway that is 3,705 feet in length and 60 feet in width. Landside facilities include an aviation administration building and pilot’s lounge, automated weather observation and navigational aids, tie down facilities for aircraft, a conventional hanger that may be leased, refueling facilities for prop driven aircraft and navigational aids. 100 LL fuel is available as a self service, credit card terminal.  The current price including taxes of 100 LL fuel is:   $4.97

Jet-A Fuel is available as a self service, credit card terminal.  The current price including taxes of Jet-A fuel with additive is:  $4.15

 

 

 

 

Hours of Operation:
The airport is a 24 hour unmanned airport.
