Board
The Museum Board shall consist of not less than ten (10) nore more than sixteen (16) trustees. Of these, the Town Board representative shall be appointed by the Village Board of Trustees upon the recommendation of the Town Council. All other trustees shall be appointed by the Village Board of Trustees upon recommendation of the Museum Board.
Oath of Office and Appointments
An Oath of Office is required. Appointments are for three year terms.
Meetings
Museum Board meetings are held on a bi-monthly basis, at the convenience of the Board; the Annual Meeting is held in January each year.
Historian
On March 21, 1004, the Village Board of Trustees appointed the Potsdam Public Museum to act as Official Village of Potsdam Historian.
